Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items must be returned in their original condition

For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.


Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or color, we’re happy to help with an exchange, subject to availability.
To ensure the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been completed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the chat icon. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
